Rachel is a Certified Practicing Speech Pathologist (CPSP). She has more than 20 years of experience working as a Certified Practising Speech Pathologist in Australia and the UK in a variety of leadership roles across different service contexts including hospitals, schools, community health, private practices and public sector work. She also provides business consulting and professional development training for other allied health professionals throughout Australia.
Rachel has clinical interests in Paediatric feeding disorders, Autism (aka ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Developmental Language Disorder (DLD) and literacy disorders.
If Rachel could describe herself in 3 words, she would say hard-working, curious, creative and verbose… (which is why she couldn’t limit herself to 3 words!). Rachel enjoys reading, learning, teaching, training others, having a meaningful conversation, solving problems and helping people. She doesn’t like people missing out or suffering because of bad care and broken/ineffective systems or poor use of available resources!
Adrian is a Senior Certified Practicing Speech Pathologist (CPSP) and Team Leader. Adrian is passionate about pediatric speech, language and communication and supporting neurodiversity in our community.”I’m here to support people to identify and meet their individual goals and also look at the role families, educators and/or the community can play in achieving these goals”.Adrian is patient, easy-going and friendly. He likes playing Nintendo, watching cartoons, drinking tea and gardening. He doesn’t like Reality TV.
Kimberlee is a speech pathologist with 10 years experience working in infant feeding, early intervention, adult disability, dysphagia, mealtime management, aged care, and palliative care. She has worked with disability services and in public health, prior to moving into private practice. In her clinical work, Kimberlee is passionate about finding mealtime and feeding solutions that work holistically for individuals and families, and empowering individuals of every age to participate in decisions about their everyday life. As a leader Kimberlee emphasises support and collaborative problem solving to promote delivery of the highest quality, person focussed, evidence based care.
Her friends describe her as curious and chatty, and outside of work, Kimberlee can be found belting out the latest animated movie hits with her children or playing piano. Kimberlee does not enjoy doing the washing up, and is very grateful for the invention of the dishwasher.
Alexandra is a Certified Practising Speech Pathologist (CPSP) who has experience in health clinics, acute hospital settings, primary schools, and paediatric mental health. Alexandra enjoys the generalist nature of her role and is developing her clinical interest areas in paediatric and adult language, speech, and swallowing/feeding.
Alexandra is passionate, empathetic, and bubbly! She likes spending time with friends and family and enjoys great coffee and cute puppy dogs. She doesn’t like horror movies and tuna.
Olivia is a Certified Practising Speech Pathologist who has joined TAG following 5 years working in remote NSW where she developed a passion for working in Indigenous Health and providing speech pathology services across the lifespan.
Her clinical interests are paediatric speech and language, adult speech and swallowing. She is excited to utilise her skills to support her clients and their families. Olivia lives op shopping, hanging out with friends and delicious food. She disliked being cold, spiders and scary movies. Olivia is warm, passionate and positive.
Ally is a qualified Speech Pathologist with a clinical interest in supporting language development. She brings a happy, creative, and collaborative energy to her work with clients, and enjoys finding engaging, game-based ways to make therapy both effective and fun. Ally’s days are powered by coffee and made better by a good laugh, but you won’t catch her anywhere near pumpkins or horror movies!
Bronte is a Certified Practising Speech Pathologist (CPSP) who graduated from UQ. She has placement experiences across a number of settings including schools (providing services both face to face and over telehealth), combined occupational therapy and speech therapy clinics, and within a cancer care team in a hospital. Bronte enjoys working with both children and adults with her clinical interest being literacy, AAC, swallowing and speech. Bronte is friendly, enthusiastic and diligent. Her favourite things include spending time with family and friends, playing hockey, cuddling dogs and drinking bubble tea. She doesn’t like sour lollies, creepy crawlies (especially spiders!) and expensive petrol prices.
Eloise is a Certified Practising Speech Pathologist (CPSP). She has placement experience working with adults with stroke and mental health, children with language, speech and motor disorders, and families of diverse cultural and language backgrounds. Eloise has particular interests in motor speech, language, swallowing and mental health.
Eloise is friendly, empathetic, and calm. She enjoys learning new languages, scary movies, spicy food, coffee, and playing guitar. Eloise does not like heights, mess, and apples (she’s allergic!).
Krissandra is a Certified Practising Speech Pathologist who has come to TAG with experience working with paediatrics and adults at private practices, schools, in-home settings, as well as acute care. She is also trained in Sounds-Write!
Kriss is Creative, Easy-going, and Fun(ny). She enjoys calisthenics, creative things, and puns. She doesn’t like any insects, reptiles and pests!
Cindy is a Certified Practising Speech Pathologist who graduated from UQ. She has experience in paediatric telehealth for school-aged children, adult acute and rehabilitation services across metropolitan hospitals. She has clinical interests in paediatric speech and literacy.
Cindy is friendly, calm, caring and likes craft, reading and games. Cindy doesn’t like driving, food that is too hot and bugs that fly.
Emma is a Speech Pathologist with experience providing care across school, community, and hospital settings, supporting individuals at all stages of life. She is especially passionate about working with people who use augmentative and alternative communication (AAC), and finds great joy in helping clients achieve their communication and swallowing goals.
Known for her positive, outgoing, and friendly nature, Emma brings warmth and energy to every session. Outside of work, she loves playing sports, reading a good book, and spending time at the beach—though she’d happily skip the coffee, cold weather, and any encounter with insects!
Honora is a speech pathologist who graduated from Australian Catholic University. She has experience working in school, hospital, disability and clinic environments across paediatric and adult populations. Honora brings her knowledge of the NDIS, gained through her work in NDIS plan management, to her TAG clients.
She is passionate about creatively incorporating client’s interests into her practice for fun and effective therapy. Honora is interested in a generalist caseload and welcomes clients of all presentations and ages.
When Honora isn’t at work, you can usually find her crafting, reading, or taking singing lessons. She loves impromptu dance parties (with lots of enthusiasm to make up for her lack of graceful coordination!) and doesn’t mind being asked how to pronounce her name multiple times. Honora is deathly afraid of worms and, no matter how many times she tries it, she still doesn’t like yoghurt.
Claire is a Certified Practising Speech Pathologist currently working at TAG. She has previous experience providing bilingual speech therapy services to clients of all ages. Claire is fluent in Korean and offers speech pathology sessions in both English and Korean, supporting culturally and linguistically diverse clients with tailored, compassionate care.
Her clinical interests include voice, speech, and swallowing disorders, and she is passionate about helping individuals improve their communication and quality of life. Claire enjoys reading, writing, and making and listening to music. She is a positive, easygoing, and funny member of the team.
Bridget is a registered Occupational Therapist who graduated from the Australian Catholic University. Bridget thoroughly enjoys working with people of all ages, as they need such unique support to engage in their desired occupations. Home modifications, equipment prescription, early intervention and capacity building are areas of interest for Bridget. In 2021 Bridget has taken on the role of a Clinical Team Leader and is excited to be developing our TAG services further with our team and community.
Bridget is funny, passionate and caring. She likes cooking, travelling and gardening. Spiders are an absolute dislike!
Rob is one of our Clinical Team Leaders and an experienced Senior Occupational Therapist who has worked extensively with adults and children in South East Queensland and in Scotland for 15 years. Rob studied at the University of Queensland and began his career with Disability Services working with adults and children in the community. A move into private practice brought with it a focus on community based paediatric work as a mobile therapist. Rob spent two years in Scotland, prior to joining TAG, where he gained valuable experience working in an adult acute hospital setting, as well as providing a mobile, private practice service for children and adults in the communities of north-east Scotland.
Rob loves being able to support people to discover their unique strengths and develop their individual potential. He brings a sense of humour, compassion, and an eagerness to work alongside adults and children as they grow and develop their participation and engagement in all aspects of their daily life. His passion for generalist occupational therapy encompasses a broad range of practice areas including assessment and intervention across the lifespan, equipment prescription, home modifications, functional capacity assessments, medico-legal occupational expert report and opinion evidence, student education, and peer supervision. <br.
Rob likes trail running, spending time with family, listening to music, gardening, and good coffee. He dislikes traffic jams and how weeds seem to grow faster than the good plants.
Lleyton is an Occupational Therapist and one of our Clinical Team Leaders. He had placement experience within a Stroke Rehab ward and general medicine ward at the QE2, and experiences with chronic conditions within the Sunshine Coast community. Lleyton’s clinical specialist area at TAG is working with paediatrics and teenagers to develop essential skills to assist with their ability to engage within daily activities.
Lleyton is energetic, friendly and dedicated. He likes to watch and play sports, go to the gym, go to different cafes around the coast and do odd jobs around his house. He doesn’t like traffic jams!
Koko is a Clinical Team Leader and Senior Occupational Therapist at TAG, who graduated from the University of Queensland in 2019 with an Honours. She had two major university placements within the Queensland Children’s Hospital (Oncology and Mock-MRI service) and with Ipswich Hospital. Koko enjoys working with clients of all ages in a generalist role, and has particular clinical interest in the areas of early intervention, equipment prescriptions, home modifications, capacity building and many more!
Koko is bubbly, determined and patient. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, eating/cooking, doing creative activities and travelling. She doesn’t like frogs, the heat, and the smell of airplane food.
Hamish is an Occupational Therapist with placement experience in youth and adolescent mental health, rehabilitation, home modification and paediatric Occupational Therapy. He has clinical interests in paediatric OT, as well as youth/adolescent mental health.
Hamish is kind, calm, and fun, and enjoys sport (mainly Rugby League, AFL and Cricket), Gaming, Sci-fi/fantasy stories and History. He does not like snakes, impolite/rude people and lying.
Sara is an Occupational Therapist with placement experience in community aged care service providing recommendations for home modifications and equipment prescription and kindergarten in rural Queensland developing a school-readiness program and providing classroom-sized group interventions on school-readiness skills. She has clinical interests in everything and endeavors to expand her knowledge as a generalist!
Sara is kind, calm, patient and friendly and enjoys books, video games and crochet. Sara does not like cold weather, rude people, loud noises.
Jessamy is an Occupational Therapist with experience in supporting paediatric clients and families as well as placement experience supporting adults in a rehabilitation setting. They have particular interests in neurodiversity-affirming practice (Jessamy has a strong interest in this area as they are neurodivergent themselves).
Jessamy is curious, empathetic, reliable and likes pets, reading, gardening. They do not like vacuum cleaners and cockroaches!
Karla is an Occupational Therapist who graduated from the University of the Sunshine Coast, with experience working with adults to discharge home from hospital and with children of different ages. Karla’s clinical interest area is working with children to be more independent with their self-care skills and to use strategies to self-regulate and understand their emotions.
Karla is creative, positive and friendly. She loves art and craft, cats, reading and going to the beach, but she doesn’t like heights or traffic.
Danny is a Clinical Team Leader and a Physiotherapist who graduated from Griffith University with a Bachelor of Exercise Science and a Master of Physiotherapy. He has 5 years of physiotherapy experience in aged care. Danny has 10 years experience as a Tae Kwon Do instructor, where he grew a passion for teaching strength, balance and motor skills primarily with children, but also with adults. His clinical interests are in providing everyone the opportunity to move and function to the best of their abilities.
Danny likes sports with specific interests in Tae Kwon Do, Soccer and Aussie Rules. He also likes building and fixing things and superhero movies. He doesn’t like onions and dishonesty.
Francois is our Toowoomba North Physiotherapist who has a keen interest in Paediatric Physiotherapy with his experience reflecting his interest area. He likes to be active and exercise, enjoy the outdoors and loves animals. He dislikes summer, spicy food and flies. Francois is fun, motivated and honest.
Emily is an Administration Officer at our Toowoomba clinics. She has come to TAG with previous experience working as a Senior Receptionist at a GP as well as in administration for Headspace. She likes playing board & card games with family and friends, whale watching, trips to the beach and reading. She dislikes walking through spider webs, scary movies and summer. Emily is cheerful, practical and compassionate.
Lara has qualifications in a range of areas including Individual and Health Support Services, Hospitality, and Retail Cosmetics, and is currently studying a Bachelor of Business, majoring in Emergent Leadership and Marketing. Located across all clinics, Lara is a hard-working, fun, and outgoing member of our team. As our Senior Admin Team Leader, she is eager to assist our TAG staff and clients and support family-centred care. She likes shoes, animals, and shopping, and loves to spend her free time with her family, including her two dogs, Ollie and Maple.
Carly recently returned to the workforce to join the Administration team after being a stay-at-mum to two beautiful girls for the last six years. Carly takes care of all of our NDIA Claiming and provides general administration support. Having a daughter who has medical needs gives Carly an understanding of how important services like TAG are to families. She likes spending time with her family and friends, good food and going to the beach. She doesn’t like spiders or the cold.
Ghader is an Administration Officer at our Beenleigh clinic. She has come to TAG with customer service experience in aged care and child care. Ghader can be described as easygoing, calm and adventurous. She likes dogs, baking and long naps. She doesn’t like seafood and birds!
Janelle has 11 years experience in an administration, sales and managerial position with a fencing, wire and steel company. She spent 4 years working in Darwin running one of their branches for them. Prior to this Janelle was a stay at home Mum, raising 4 children and working part time on her family farm picking strawberries.
Janelle has previous experience working for 7 years with Franklins Supermarkets where she was the head cashier responsible for balancing registers, performing security lifts and doing the wages and maintaining HR files.
Janelle is fun, relaxed and open-minded. She loves to walk, read books and watch movies. She doesn’t like racism, gender inequality and people without empathy
Jordie Woodhouse has 10 years of experience in medical administration and management positions. She is a reformed goth who loves reading, Halloween and fostering dogs. Known for being caring and understanding, Jordie dislikes close-mindedness, sand, and hot weather.
Paula has a Cert IV in Business (Administration) and a Cert III in Health Services Assistance. She has previous experience working in reception/administration for an accounting firm and has taken some time out of the workforce to raise four children.
Paula is quiet, creative, and honest, and likes Lord of the Rings movies and books, watching tv, and doing the Conqueror Challenges. She does not like tomatoes, rude people, and knick knacks.
Nas has previous administration experience within a small family business where they were able to learn the foundation skills before wanting to expand their knowledge further. They have worked in a variety of customer service based roles where they were able to help people. Nas enjoys playing video games with friends, sometimes horror games where they would try their best not to screen out of fright! One of Nas’ other hobbies is to draw as often as they can, even if this means on the back of a receipt or sticky note.
Nas dislikes the complexities of the English language, often contemplating why there is a ‘k’ in the word ‘knife’ or the pronunciation of ‘Wednesday’. They are also not so fond of big spiders although the small ones are tolerable as long as they eat those pesky mosquitoes (another dislike of Nas’). Nas can be described as bubbly, creative and energetic.
