Frequently Asked Questions

How do I know if the group is suitable for me/my child?
Give our friendly team a call on 1300 66 1945. Our administration staff can confirm suitability for groups, based on their highly specialised plans.
Are there fees for the groups?
Groups are packaged. When booking, our team will be able to confirm the specific fee for the Term or Holiday package.
Do parents/carers stay with groups?
Groups hosting children up to 5 years of age are required to have a parent in attendance in either the group session or waiting room. For children over 5 years and adult clients who require a carer, we ask that a parent/carer is close by and easily contactable in case the client requires additional assistance but is not physically present in the group session.
Is parking available?
On-site or nearby on street parking is available for all groups held at our clinic locations.
What do I need to access online groups?
A reliable internet connection, webcam and functional speakers or headphones.
Can I attend an online group hosted by a different location from my normal clinic?
Absolutely! The online services are accessible to everyone.
I/my child is not a client of TAG, am I able to enrol in a group program?
YES! We try to make our group programs accessible to anyone who would benefit. Give our friendly team a call on 1300 66 1945. Our administration staff can arrange a consultation to confirm suitability for specific groups, based on their carefully targeted programs.
How do I connect to online sessions?
An email will be sent through upon booking confirmation, including the appropriate web link to log into the session. We use secure video conferencing services that usually don’t require extra downloads and updates to try and make connecting and participating in online programs as easy as possible.
What time do I arrive for a Group Sessions?
Please arrive at the clinic location 10 minutes prior to group commencement time.
How do I pay for Group Programs?
Private clients and NDIS Clients are both welcome to register for Group Programs. The administrative staff can discuss payment options at the time of booking.
