We can’t answer all your questions (like why is this dog wearing a disguise?), but we will do our best to answer as many as we can.

If you can’t find an answer to your question here then just get in contact with us and our team will get you an answer as quickly as we can.

We have a simple but effective selection process. We ask ourselves, “If I had a child with special needs would I feel 100% confident and comfortable trusting their care to this person?” If we can answer YES to that question, then they’re hired! You trust us with our children and we take that responsibility very seriously.

YES! We can bill NDIA, your chosen plan management agency and also accept selfmanaged clients under the NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme). If you’re not sure if your child is eligible just ask us and we can help you know whether or not you should apply.

Your therapist is working towards the goals outlined in your NDIS plan. It is important for them to be able to report directly to NDIS in relation to the progress. Your funding is your responsibility. We can tailor therapy to suit your budget if we are aware of that. Your funding doesn’t affect the quality or price of our therapy services. TAG do not tier pricing based on your funding. Private Pay clients are charged the same as NDIS clients.
